Project Role: Application Lead Project Role Description: Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Must have Skills: Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, SSI: NON-SSI: Good to Have Skills: SSI: No Technology Specialization NON-SSI. Job Requirements: Key Responsibilities: • Lead Oracle Payroll Implementation for a large-scale implementation • Ability to drive client design sessions and process roadmap • Should be able to configure and build the systems as per solution design • POC for driving UAT sessions, designing artifacts and managing resources. Technical Experience: • Must Have Experience in implementing US/UK payroll functional business processes and regulatory requirements Loading external deductions and payroll data conversions in HCM Payroll cloud Experience in payroll reconciliation and conversions. • Good to Have Expertise in Payroll cloud Tax updates activities and payroll testing after each upgrade during the implementation cycle • Good to Have ability to interact and work with Payroll business and suggest best practices to them.
