Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in delivering predictive and intelligent delivery approaches that leverage automation and analytics. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to drive the automation of delivery analytics, gathering insights from data to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. You will be at the forefront of implementing innovative solutions that streamline processes and improve overall service delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Monitor project progress and provide guidance to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automation in Application Maintenance, Automation Anywhere, UiPath ProcessGold Process Mining. - Strong understanding of automation frameworks and methodologies. - Experience with process optimization and workflow automation. - Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights. - Familiarity with software development life cycle and agile methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Automation in Application Maintenance. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
