Job Description:

This position will be responsible for performing all administration activities for SDDL, internal & External Warehouses and Residential Colony and Welfare activities.

What You will Do:

Guest House Management

Pest Control Management

Vehicle Management, Travel Desk Management, Event Management

Uniform, shoes Management and allied activities

Housekeeping (Hygiene and Upkeep) & Garden Management (SDDPL + Residential Colony

Canteen Administration: Ensure smooth functioning of canteen and provide support to vendor for hassle-free operation.

To handle medical insurance and associated activities (support in claim submission, claim settlement, insurance data verification, deductions etc.)

Employee Engagement & Welfare activities.

Any Other activities assigned by HR Leader

What you need to succeed:

Any Graduate with MSW (Master of Social Work) or MPM (Master in Personnel Management).

10+ Years of Experience in Administration

Job Location: Baramati (Maharashtra)

Preferably from Dairy/ FMCG industry

Good at communication skills - written and verbal

Problem assessment and problem-solving ability

Attention to details and accuracy
