Field HR Senior Analyst
• Strong background as a People advisor managing end to end employee lifecycle including – experience on Performance Achievement & Employee engagement
• Provide integrated and end to end Human Resources services to appropriate groups ensuring that people-related issues are managed effectively. Act as primary connection for the employees across GUs and serve as a local liaison to HR functions and service organizations
• Serve as a main point of contact and manage relationships with stakeholder group and key individuals in the GU
• Work closely with the MU People Programs Lead on programs and initiatives which are cross-DTE and with the People Advisor team to ensure that processes and programs and driven out and implemented on the ground within the respective project sites
• Implement an HR Innovation GCP strategy & future landscape
• Prioritize basis leadership direction on business priorities and ground up innovation ideas from cross functional stakeholders.
• Work with stakeholders to leverage technology and innovation ecosystem partnerships to ensure that processes and programs and driven out and implemented on the ground within the respective project sites
• Build a strategic business cases to expand GCP footprint which is both cost competitive and has Employee value propositions
• Architect the employee experience along with tech user experience teams using human centred approach, co creating with stakeholders
• Proactively monitor personnel issues or situations
• Establish self as expert
• Innovative mindset & Excellent Communications skills
• Strong Business Acumen
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a large matrixed organisation
• Ability to be agile & provide solutions for business impact
