Job Description:

You will be a key piece of the team! Your tasks will be:

Support the design, launch, implementation and monitoring of Human Resources projects and initiatives such as:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Support and implementation of selection processes, collaboration in the onboarding process and follow-up of new hires.
  • Young Talent: Management and monitoring of Ferrovial Energy internship programs.
  • Training: Collaboration in the detection of training needs, design of the training plan and management and implementation of training actions. Management of language training.
  • Human Resources Development: collaborate in the annual Talent Review program, professional development plans and mobility programs.
  • Communication: support in the development and deployment of communication actions in the business unit.
  • Data Management & Reporting: prepare reports, reporting and management of Human Resources data and indicators, perform administrative tasks for the proper functioning of the area.
  • Support and advise the employees of the unit, in all Human Resources processes required.

Our ideal profile:

  • Bachelor´s degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Human Resources or Business Administration. Other specializations with the required experience will also be valued.
  • High level of Office Package: especially Excel and Powerpoint and ability to learn new software (Outlook, Workday).
  • C1 level of English.
  • Attention to detail, rigor, planning and organization. Ability to collaborate and open-mindedness.
