Global Programs Lead, Professional Services

We are seeking an experienced Global Programs Lead to join our Professional Services team and drive the success of our services portfolio and delivery practices. This role combines program leadership, service innovation and global collaboration to ensure that we offer comprehensive services backed by exceptional technical delivery. The Global Programs Lead will be critical to driving continuous improvement and optimization of our service offering strategy, working closely across global cross-functional teams like Sales, Operations and delivery teams to ensure these products meet the needs of our customers. This role will also be part of a team focused on driving programs that develop and continuously enhance the assets, tools, resources and communities that support these services delivery for both Bricksters & Partners.

The ideal candidate takes ownership of programs end-to-end, thrives in a dynamic environment, and collaborates effectively across organizational levels and regions. Leveraging data-driven decision-making, you will lead critical aspects of service development, pricing strategies, competitive research, and defining success metrics

The impact you will have:

  • Strategic Program Leadership: Develop and execute high-impact programs that align with organizational objectives, establishing governance frameworks with defined milestones, KPIs, and accountability to ensure alignment with business priorities and drive measurable results.
  • Senior Leadership Engagement: Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership by presenting actionable insights, performance metrics, and program progress to guide decision-making and shape overall strategy.
  • Service Portfolio Management: Collaborate with leadership and product teams to assess feasibility, scale innovative investment programs, and execute commercialization strategies, leveraging financial analysis and ROI tracking to optimize and expand the Professional Services portfolio.
  • Service Delivery Innovation & Practice Development: Lead communities of practice and service delivery innovations by integrating technical expertise, market insights, and customer feedback, while developing IP and playbooks in collaboration with global field delivery teams.
  • Business Intelligence Reporting & Process Optimization: Utilize advanced analytics and BI tools to design and implement performance dashboards, delivering transparent reporting and actionable insights to optimize processes and support continuous performance improvement.

What we look for:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial engineering, or related field is highly preferred.
  • 5+ years leading process/program management, with strong proficiency in analysis and reporting to inform strategic planning, optimize project execution, and support stakeholder management.
  • Demonstrated success in collaborating with senior leaders, showcasing the ability to influence and drive decision-making at executive levels by delivering clear, actionable reporting and analysis.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; strong presentation skills for delivering insights to senior leadership.
  • Technical Proficiency: Highly tech-savvy, with experience in using modern tools and platforms (such as SQL, MS Project, Jira, Tableau/Power BI or similar) to enhance program management processes.
  • Data Analysis and BI Reporting: Proficient in data analysis and business intelligence tools; ability to translate data into meaningful insights and performance indicators
  • Global Collaboration: Exceptional interpersonal and influence skills. Experience driving cross-functional projects end-to-end. Ability to negotiate priorities across organizations at all levels.
