Your Job:

As an MMG Billing Implementation and Design Lead, you will play a critical role in successfully assessing, designing, and implementing outpatient clinics. This position operates in a highly technical, fast-paced, and challenging environment, requiring collaboration with multidisciplinary team members.

Your Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field is required.
  • 3+ years’ experience in implementing Epic systems in healthcare ambulatory setting.
  • Epic certification in Resolute Professional Billing Administration is required.
  • Experience with professional billing in clinic operations is a must.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to coordinate multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Familiarity with healthcare technology, including Epic system and device deployments necessary to support clinics.
  • LOCATED IN THE DALLAS/FORT WORTH AREA

Your Job Responsibilities:

  • Apply a standard methodology to projects in order to meet requirements and deliverables.
  • Generate innovative and efficient design solutions for outpatient billing setups, ensuring optimal functionality and patient flow.
  • Lead the implementation process for new outpatient clinics and acquisitions, ensuring they adhere to all relevant best practices.
  • Develop current state and future state documentation along with design/build documentation for Epic analysts.
  • Lead the development of the project schedule and manage work activities as defined by project scope
  • Provide clear direction to team members (internal and external) regarding the needs of the project, timelines, and constraints.
  • Provide periodic reports reflecting status of project work, health, and issues/corrective actions.
  • Manage development of and monitor work against project scope plan, solicit requirements from stakeholders across multiple aspects of the project (applications, technical, and operational)
  • Simultaneously manage multiple projects, balancing resources, priorities, and timelines.
  • Manage project closure including lessons learned and hand-off for on-going support and maintenance
