We are seeking a finance professional to join the Customer Experience (Services) FP&A Team. Using your in-depth understanding of the Finance team's operations, you will 1) manage variable compensation forecasting and analysis for the Customer Experience organization; 2) aid in preparing analysis and reporting for the Customer Success, Customer Support, and other CX functional teams; and 3) support monthly/quarterly reporting. We're looking for an organized, detail oriented self-starter with a desire to learn.

Responsibilities:
Partner with the variable comp team and prepare the Customer Experience Commissions and Bonus Forecast.
Prepare monthly flux analysis for CX Bonus and Commissions.
Prepare general analytics/projects to support WSP, Customer support, success, education and partner with analysts that own support of those businesses.
Partner with members across the CX Finance team including managing the close and forecast calendar, coordinating monthly review meetings, and maintaining the CX Finance Reporting and Metrics Team Site.
Assist in the building of monthly and quarterly reporting packages for finance leadership.
Aid in the preparation and consolidation of monthly and quarterly CX P&L, flux analysis, headcount reporting, and other key metrics.
Provide regular and ad hoc quantitative and qualitative financial analyses around key performance indicators and develop insights on business performance based on the interpretation of financial results.
Identify and prioritize operational improvements & automation opportunities to streamline current processes.
Collaborate cross functionally to understand business drivers and present data with actionable insights.

Responsabilidades:

About You
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field required.
Minimum 5+ years related FP&A Finance experience.
Other Qualifications:

Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment with the attitude to deliver and think ahead.
Maturity to drive things forward and be a proactive contributor.
Proven ability to work independently with attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience with full P&L modeling is a plus.
Knowledge of Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning is a plus.
Experience as super user in ERP reporting and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
Cualificaciones básicas:
