We’re hiring an Employee Experience Associate to cover office management responsibilities for our HQ in San Francisco and talent coordination efforts to support our hiring process. This position will have a mix of in-office hours and remote work. In-office hours will be 11am-2pm PST Monday/Tuesday/Thursday and will report to our Chief People Officer. 

Location: San Francisco
Hours: 10-15 hours per week (part-time role)

Key Responsibilities

  • Office Management:

    • Maintain the office environment, ensuring it is organized, clean, and stocked with necessary supplies, coordinating office maintenance and repairs as needed.

    • Manage relationships with external vendors and building maintenance to enhance the overall facilities and employee experience.

    • Manage the guest check-in process to create a welcoming and efficient experience.

    • Provide guidance and support to employees, ensuring questions are resolved promptly.

    • Coordinate with our third-party catering vendor to ensure lunch is delivered and service level agreements are adhered to. Resolve issues quickly.

    • Manage office equipment and supplies, ensuring timely ordering and inventory control.

    • Screen virtual mailbox and handle incoming and outgoing mail/packages.

    • Onboard new employees by preparing workstations, ensuring necessary resources are available, and supporting new hires on their first day for a smooth and positive introduction to the company

  • Team Engagement

    • Plan and execute on local team events for the San Francisco office. This includes smaller team events like happy hours, bowling to larger office parties for the holidays. 

    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to plan and organize ad-hoc team meetings.

  • Talent Coordination:

    • Post jobs in Ashby to the Cambly Careers Page and other external job board vendors. 

    • Schedule candidates for remote and on-site interviews and debriefs for the internal team.

This role is based in the San Francisco Bay Area, and the expected base salary range for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

Compensation Package $27/hour
