Developing and executing comprehensive sourcing strategies for passive and active candidates, leveraging all available tools to track and measure effectiveness.
Championing continuous improvement by recommending enhancements to Talent Acquisition processes, policies, and strategies.
Contributing to the innovation of new concepts, techniques, and standards in talent acquisition.
Partnering with Hiring Managers to devise and implement hiring strategies aligned with recruiting goals and diverse talent pipeline development, informed by Business Unit workforce planning.
Acting as a consultant and subject matter expert to business leadership, Hiring Managers, and key stakeholders on talent acquisition matters.
Identifying and addressing complex recruiting challenges by implementing strategic 'root cause' solutions that mitigate both immediate and potential future issues.
Serving as a Diversity & Inclusion subject matter expert, collaborating with Hiring Managers, Internship Coordinators, Campus Recruiters, and Talent Acquisition colleagues to promote inclusive hiring practices.
The role demands a proactive, innovative individual who is adept at consulting, problem-solving, and driving initiatives that support the company's commitment to diversity and excellence in talent acquisition.
Bachelors Degree is required.
Must be bilingual in both English and Spanish.
4+ years recruiting experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
Demonstrated experience in core recruiting skills (job requirements gathering, planning, sourcing, selecting, phone screening, boolean search).
Excellent communication (oral and written) skills and must also have a high sense of urgency, strong work ethic and is results oriented.
Well organized team player who is able to influence, lead and drive processes, projects and issue resolution.
Is a plus:
Prior background using Workday
Portuguese language.
