As an Accenture Total Rewards Manager, you will drive change by bringing significant expertise to the development of compensation programs that attract, motivate, and retain employees in a competitive landscape. You will have an opportunity to bring your talent and curiosity to work while collaborating with key stakeholders in the planning, development, and implementation of compensation programs. In this position, will take the lead in managing the day-to-day market intelligence processes in North America. 

What you will do: 

  • True subject matter expert with a focus on understanding market trends and competitor pay practices.

  • Apply frameworks and methodologies that align with the business strategy and compensation vision.

  • Consult, review and analyze market data and provide key findings and insights, to be shared with the NA Comp team, HR Partners and business Leaders

  • Keep a pulse on local industry market trends through research and participation in professional conferences and forums, Attend job matching and results meetings with survey vendors.

  • Lead a team of professionals to ensure deliverables are met by deadlines, including: survey submissions, target market comparison analysis, market data summaries, salary range reviews, campus rates, apprentice program, geo index review, aging factors, etc.

  • Use storytelling to effectively explain data and insights in Compensation meetings.

  • Collaborate with various stakeholders on the design of new or existing compensation programs to shape the North America compensation strategy and meet evolving business and talent needs.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key HR leaders, openly discussing challenges, sharing feedback, and making recommendations for improvement.

  • Partner with Compensation leadership to improve existing programs, processes, and tools.

  • Strong communication skills, including verbal and written as well as solid presentations skills in English

  • Data auditing, analysis and reporting capability with keen attention to detail

  • Self-starter mentality with ability to work autonomously and produce high quality work on a varied number of projects, adhering to a deadline

  • Ability to build, sustain and influence relationships at all levels of an organization

  • Experience in managing projects which meet client expectations, identifying and mitigating any risks or issue
