Job Description:

We’re looking for a Compliance Manager to join our Integrated Compliance Services team at MBPS. In this role, you are responsible for providing assistance to the Global RIM COE in creating global standard operating procedures and performing segment/function testing and monitoring of key controls. It requires strong communication and management skills to handle multiple programs and lead discussions with stakeholders at all levels in the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Risk Assessment: Conduct Annual risk assessments to identify RIM process gaps at the Segment and BU Level.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Monitor and track regulatory changes, ensuring that the organization remains compliant with all relevant laws, standards, and industry regulations.
  • Policy Development: Assist in the development, implementation, and revision of corporate policies, standards and SOP's and procedures to align with best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Audit &  Risk Support: Collaborate with internal and external risk & audit teams, providing documentation and evidence as needed to demonstrate compliance and adherence to governance standards.
  • Reporting: Prepare and distribute regular reports to management and stakeholders summarizing risk assessments, compliance status, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on governance, risk, and compliance matters, fostering a culture of awareness and accountability.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing governance processes and recommend improvements to reduce risk exposure and enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate of any Degree Experience: 3-5 years in Project management, Policy writing, Audit and Compliance
  • Schedule: Morning Shift 8:00AM-5PM/Mid Shift 3PM-12AM
  • Work Arrangement: Amenability and readiness to work onsite and from home anytime (dependent on business need AND/OR current external environment/situation).
