This Senior Experience Designer role will work on projects within the Home Buying portfolio, predominantly those related to Home buying customer journeys involving the CommBank App, NetBank and staff facing systems. Your Customer Centred Design approach will create integrated, simple and easy-to-use digital experiences.

Reporting to the Experience Design Lead you will be part of the Experience Design Chapter which is responsible for delivering the digital Customer Experience vision for the retail arm of the Bank.
This team consists of experience designers & visual designers who work closely with digital research and product squads to deliver customer driven outcomes.
