Lumentum is looking for a dynamic Sr. Director, HR Business Partner for the Industrial Tech Platform within Lumentum. In this role, you will report to the Group VP of HR Business Partnering and have direct report in Europe.

As a critical member of the Platform’s leadership team, the ITP HR Business Partnering will influence business outcomes through HR initiatives. You will focus on building organizational strategies and talent plans, driving organizational design, change management, and building trusted relationships across all levels at Lumentum.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

  • In partnership with business leaders, develop and implement talent strategies that ensures the organization has the right talent to deliver on business growth
  • Bring thought leadership to change management, employee experience, and diversity, inclusion and belonging initiatives across the Platforms
  • Build a future bench and upscale capabilities through the development of top talent and strategic hires
  • Drive overall quality and delivery of all HR services and programs (e.g. performance, management, compensation, employee relations, leadership development) within the Platform
  • Establish, build and maintain strong relationships with HR Centers of Excellence to ensure all elements of HR are successfully coordinated to meet and exceed business and site needs
  • Develop and engage your HRBP team member in Europe

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and use it to influence decision-making
  • Organizational design, workforce strategy and planning efforts to scale and grow and organization
  • Experience in building leaders and manager capabilities
  • The agility to flex between developing strategy and immersing yourself in the details to drive execution

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS:

  • 10 plus years of relevant experience leading HR initiatives and programs
  • 3 plus year in an senior leadership role
  • A Bachelor’s or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Communication or a related discipline
  • Experience partnering with C-suite executives
  • Experience supporting technology organizations
  • Experience working in a matrix HR environment and partnering with international teams

Pay Range:

P95-USA-1 :$174,300.00 - $249,000.00
