Summary:
The Employer Brand and Talent Sourcing Manager supports Memorial Healthcare System’s (MHS) mission, vision and values through proactive recruitment marketing strategies, sourcing and other activities that identify top talent. The Manager is responsible for leading program branding from Human Resources (HR) to the business in support of the success of strategic initiatives that support the Employee Value Proposition and Employer Brand. Responsible for the development, implementation of an annual marketing project plan, leadership of e-sourcing strategies to develop, expand, and manage active and passive talent pools for Memorial Healthcare System jobs. Builds talent networks utilizing sourcing resources and social media platforms to deliver a competitive advantage in the talent markets by increasing the probability of hiring top talent. Supports the Memorial culture by providing the Memorial Experience.Responsibilities:
Leads a team of Talent Sourcing specialists to create a pipeline of top talent. Creates and manages candidate sourcing strategies by maintaining and utilizing all candidate pools/pipelines, employment data, resume databases, social media platforms, and effective job advertisements.Develops and serves as the lead and resource to the Recruitment team on candddate sourcing, strategy development, employment data and database searches, and recruitment marketing effectiveness data.Works in partnership with MHS Marketing, Recruitment Advertising Agency, HR/Organizational Development/Workforce Development, and Talent Acquisition leadership to develop and execute the social media recruitment strategy and entire recruitment plan to attract qualified applicants.Manages the recruitment marketing KPIs obtained through the applicant tracking system (ATS) and customer relationship management system (CRM). Tracks progress of searches and documents leads, candidate conversions and trended data. Summarizes and analyzes data, in partnership with HR Analytics/Recruitment Ad Agency, and information concerning sourcing campaigns; compiles results and makes recommendations to Talent Acquisition leadership.Manages and executes on the HR event calendar in partnership with Organizational Development and other participating team(s) which includes hiring and on-site events, school and community recruitment, and other activities including managing talent sourcing strategy in event preparation, preparing candidate engagement activity for the event, and recruiting candidates. Attends job fairs and represents Memorial Healthcare System.Manages the referral bonus program's internal communications and associated administrative processes.Manages and leads the Employee Brand Ambassador program including recruitment of members, communications, and appreciation events.Competencies:

Required Work Experience: Five (5) years of relevant work experience; full cycle recruitment experience, recruitment advertising/marketing, and/or talent sourcing/social media experience.One (1) year of recruitment and/or talent sourcing leadership experience. Other Information: Additional Education Info: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or job-related field.
