The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking an experienced and collaborative System Architecture Lead to work with a team of Complex Media
Developers in creating PC Simulations for a Fire Controlman Aegis (FCA) course under the Navy Sailor 2025 Ready Relevant
Learning (RRL) program. You’ll create and collaborate with Instructional System Designers (ISDs) to develop PC Simulation
scripts; Unity Developers to develop and test the PC Simulation architecture; support Live Government Reviews, and build
On-Screen Lessons (OSL) in a Learning Content Management System (LCMS). Additionally, you’ll review training content to
ensure accuracy and provide design feedback.


Responsibilities:
Responsible for designing and developing Complex Media PC Simulation architectures, defining key capabilities and
performance requirements that also encompass non-information technology-related engineering or scientific disciplines.
These solutions may require hardware, software, or other specialized engineering domain knowledge to design, develop,
and support PC Simulation development. Defines total systems design and technology maturity constraints per mission
requirements. Defines PC Simulation implementation approach and operational concept. Develops models and
architectural guidelines for current and future PC Simulation development. Provides technical direction related to the
implementation of the PC Simulation architecture by other staff.

Qualifications:

Required: 

  • BA/BS Degree with seven years of experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals
  • Supervisory experience


Desired:

  • Prior experience developing content for Sailor 2025 RRL projects

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$80,600 - $169,200
