We are looking for a Sr.Technical Support Analyst who will:

  • Use Redhat Linux system utilities/logs to isolate errors, interpret performance indicators, and correlate findings with reported application issues.
  • Analyze problems to determine potential solutions.
  • Conduct advanced analysis by researching and correlating information from various sources to diagnose issues.
  • Build productive relationships with key technical and business team representatives throughout CSG.
  • Utilize UNIX systems utilities and tools.
  • Develop and maintain BASH shell scripts, Perl scripts, and sed/awk commands.
  • Work effectively and efficiently within a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
  • Identify improvement areas and resolve issues related to interconnected software components.
  • Document and diagram complex systems using Visio or similar tools.

  • Strong knowledge of Redhat Linux.
  • Advanced analytical skills for researching and correlating information to resolve issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid working knowledge of Linux operating systems.
  • Proficiency in UNIX systems utilities and tools.
  • Skill in BASH shell scripting, Perl, and sed/awk.
  • Ability to support a 24x7 on-call rotation.
  • Knowledge of IVR/Telephony/SIP (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, and/or Remedy (preferred).
  • Working knowledge of networking and network load balancers (preferred).
