Job Summary:
The (Senior) Strategic Marketing Manager position is pivotal in response to the growing demand for advanced oncology care and the need for stringent QC measures. This role will lead MDT training, ensure COE certification, expand hospital alliances, implement QC systems, and upgrade our National Oncology Surveillance Network. HCP Capability Building:
Execute comprehensive MDT (Multidisciplinary Team) capability-building training programs in oncology to foster enhanced team collaboration and adherence to quality control (QC) processes.
Organize and oversee QC training for pharmacy departments, ensuring strict compliance with oncology drug management protocols and patient safety standards.
Deliver in-depth QC policy training sessions to ensure teams are well-versed and adherent to National Health Commission guidelines and industry-specific QC regulations.
COE Certification Management:
Execute meticulous onsite inspections to assess and confirm compliance with COE certification standards.
Coordinate and facilitate expert committee training on COE certification criteria, promoting consistent application and interpretation across healthcare institutions.
Hospital Coverage Expansion:
Drive the establishment of provincial hospital alliances and pan-cancer cancer hospital ecosystems to expand the coverage of the oncology QC system.
Promote collaboration and resource-sharing among hospitals to enhance overall QC capabilities and standards.
In-Progress QC System Implementation (CDSS):
Advocate for the implementation of in-progress QC systems with provincial expert committees, ensuring the integration of QC standards in clinical practice.
Oversee system upgrades to meet QC criteria and provide comprehensive training to healthcare providers, ensuring seamless system implementation.
National Oncology Surveillance Network Upgrade:
Promote the visualization of provincial QC results and facilitate quality competitions to improve provincial QC levels.
Lead the publication of the annual provincial QC yearbook and conduct QC report comprehension training to improve data utilization within the teams.
Drive the implementation of Real-World Evidence (RWE) research initiatives to support scientific validation and ongoing optimization of the oncology QC system.
Qualifications:
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Medicine, Public Health, Management, Pharmacy, or a related field is highly preferred.
Professional Experience:
A minimum of 6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a background in RM, DM, KA, or RPM, and expertise in healthcare quality management or oncology-related fields is preferred.
Prior experience in healthcare institutions, pharmacy, or the development of medical quality control systems is advantageous.
Deep understanding of oncology treatment protocols and pertinent QC standards, particularly within MDT and QC contexts.
Technical Proficiencies:
Extensive knowledge of National Health Commission and industry-specific oncology QC policies and standards, with the ability to design and implement robust training and certification programs.
Familiarity with the COE certification process and standards, coupled with experience in conducting onsite inspections or managing certification projects.
Proven data analysis skills and expertise in visualizing provincial QC results and generating insightful reports.
Strong project management and interdepartmental communication abilities, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring efficient execution.
Proficiency in office software and data analysis tools, adept at creating training materials, reports, and related documentation.

Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with a collaborative mindset that fosters open dialogue and promotes mutual understanding and cooperation among all stakeholders.
Self-motivated, solution-focused, and capable of independently managing complex projects while thriving in a multitasking environment.
Proficiency in English is preferred, with the ability to comprehend and communicate policy documents in both Chinese and English effectively.
