Job Description:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing a dynamic global marketing strategy and program that enables our sales teams to connect meaningfully and successfully with financial advisors, broker dealers, financial institutions and institutional clients. 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Work with the Head of Marketing Australia to develop and implement marketing plans for multiple sales channels within the Global Client Group GCG). 

  • Lead the development of cross-channel messaging and prospect marketing activities with a goal of creating qualified leads for the GCG. 

  • Serve as a dedicated consultant and resource for the channel leadership teams and their key stakeholders and be a point of contact for ad-hoc requests arising from sales channels. 

  • Spearhead campaign concepts, key deliverables, promotion plan, and analytics for tracking and recording. 

  • Lead internal and external promotion of sales and marketing initiatives. 

  • Keep an eye out for creative opportunities across channel initiatives. 

  • Stay abreast of industry developments and marketplace opportunities/challenges to inform strategy and contribute to benchmarking. 

  • Work with the Manager, Marketing Operations on project coordination, resourcing, and workflow. 

  • Work with Manager, Corporate Communications to align Channel needs to public presence and brand awareness strategy for paid media activity. 

  • Work with global marketing team on execution and project management of global initiatives. 

  • Measure and continually seek to enhance the effectiveness of our sales and marketing strategy. 

 

 

Qualifications 

  • 5+ years of marketing experience in the financial services industry, working with senior executives in a global business environment. 

  • Proactive with proven track record of implementing multichannel marketing strategies and initiatives. 

  • Experience using email, LinkedIn and Google search to raise brand awareness and generate leads. 

  • Experience marketing to financial advisors, wealth and, or institutional channels would be an advantage. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • Sound judgement and an ability to quickly establish confidence and build influence with leadership and employees. 

  • Strong organizational skills, including collaborating with and across teams to achieve the best results. 

  • Adept at juggling numerous projects and managing multiple stakeholders while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail. 

  • Ability to analyze metrics and present information in a meaningful way. 

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or related field.
