YOUR ROLE

We are hiring a Supervisor to manage paid search strategy for key national clients.  Our ideal candidate loves the fun fast-paced nature of the business yet is comfortable working in a casual environment.  This is a great match for those who love mentoring team members and take pride in the team success. Here’s a snapshot of the day to day:

  • Oversee and lead the development and implementation of comprehensive paid search strategies to meet client objectives.
  • Execute and optimize a variety of media tactics, such as Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Google PMAX, Demand Gen), Retargeting, Audience Targeting, and Shopping campaigns. (Hands on keyboard)
  • Manage monthly and daily spend activities for assigned clients, preferably handling six-figure monthly budgets or higher.
  • Lead regular status update calls with clients to review performance and discuss optimization strategies.
  • Plan, coordinate, and administer numerous presentations for managed accounts, providing detailed insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Communicate key performance trends to account leads and clients effectively, ensuring transparency and clarity.
  • Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills to balance tight deadlines, manage multiple projects, and navigate challenges effectively.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for account and process improvement and efficiency within current strategy and tactics
  • Develop and implement testing strategies to continuously improve ad performance and client ROI.

REQUIREMENTS 

  • Possess 4+ years of experience working with paid search and strategy, including hands-on experience in Google Ads, SA360 (Search Ads 360), and other third-party management platforms (Kenshoo, Marin, etc.)
  • 1-2 years of experience working in e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Roundel, Walmart Connect, Criteo, Instacart, and Kroger. (Hands on keyboard)
  • Experience working on enterprise brands focused on driving efficient sales, leads, and other key performance indicators.
  • Experience running a variety of media tactics within those platforms such as SEM, GDN, Retargeting, Audience Targeting, and Shopping.
  • Manage monthly and daily spend activity on your assigned clients (Six Figure Monthly Budgets Preferred – Minimum) 
  • Plan, coordinate.and administer numerous presentations for your managed accounts
  • Lead regular status update calls with clients to ensure optimal performance
  • Provide daily, weekly, monthly and yearly reporting & analysis strategy 
  • Communicate key performance trends to your account lead and clients
  • Conduct keyword research to drive new areas of growth for your clients
  • Create effective ad copy to produce optimal click through and conversion rates

Salary range $82k - $100k. Commensurate with experience.  Compensation is determined on the skills, qualifications, certifications, tenure in the industry and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position.
