Position Purpose: As part of Population Health, Clinical Solutions performance team, the Program Manager II will support various initiatives related to HBR (Health Benefit Ratio) performance trend analysis, Utilization Management optimization. This role will provide additional support needed to provide weekly performance updates to drive improvement.

Responsible for gathering data, creating plans and schedules, managing resources, and facilitate project execution and deployment.
Collaborate regularly with HR, finance department, Health Care Analytics, Legal and Compliance, Provider Relations, and Member Retention departments to drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Maintain detailed business process documentation including meeting minutes, action items, issues lists and risk management plans as applicable.
Create and monitor all department deliverables to ensure adherence to quality standards including clinical reporting documents, related reference materials, and policy and procedure documentation.
Communicate the complexity of UM metrics, HBR performance including monthly HBR performance reviews, monthly Planview maintenance for HBRs for all lines of business to management and key stakeholders.
Identify resources, resolve issues, and mitigate risks with moderate direction.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
3+ years of project management.
Health care experience preferred.
Strong analytics skills highly preferred.
Knowledge and experience with MS Office suite, including Excel preferred.
