Main Purpose:

Our two year graduate development programme is designed to provide you with a structured series of rotations across our core trading business, in areas such as Deals Desk, Operations, Trade Finance and Analysis.

You will have the opportunity to complete three 8-month rotations, all based in Geneva, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the business and opening up a future of unlimited opportunities within the Trafigura group.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities:

  • A minimum of a 2.1 / 3.4 GPA (or equivalent) in any field
  • 0-2 years of postgraduate working experience
  • Fluency in English - both oral and written
  • Dynamic and upbeat personality
  • Ability to take initiatives
  • Problem solving and analytical thinking
  • Outstanding communication
