We are looking for a passionate, innovative, curious and team-oriented individual to join our Global Men’s Basketball marketing team. If you’re a self-starter who has a deep understanding of hoops culture, a love and borderline obsession of basketball and the basketball consumer, and is eager and excited to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have a collaborative spirit. Strong communication skills and the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously are key traits we’re looking for.
In this role, you’ll support the team in executing marketing strategies for Nike's Global Men’s Basketball category. You will assist the team in creating and implementing Nike Athlete & Seasonal marketing strategies, managing seasonal product needs and coordinating with cross-functional teams. This is a unique opportunity to work on product launches, athlete brand plans, key seasonal priorities and activations that strengthen our connection with basketball hoopers world-wide. Key responsibilities include:
• Seasonal Product Seeding Strategy
• Seasonal Support to Experts and Lead
• Meeting Agenda and Recaps
• Assist in Seasonal Recaps
• Hoops pulse reports
• Partner with Ops Lead on important internal dates and gates
Who you will work with
This is the Nike matrix, where collaboration is key! In this role, you’ll report into the Sr Director for Global Men’s basketball, and work alongside Global Hoops Experts and Leads. Our cross functional team consists of:

Expert at shaping and communicating the most relevant Nike Basketball product construct and offerings to create differentiation in our marketplace and delivering premium, cohesive retail journeys that differentiate our product online to offline.
