The Manager, of Contracts will support the contract needs for Loblaw Technology & Analytics, Supply Chain, and Global Sourcing, and will report to the Sr. Manager, Contracts for Loblaw Technology & Analytics, Supply Chain, and Global Sourcing. The primary responsibilities of the Manager are to successfully negotiate complex major contracts such as Master Agreements, Statements of Work, Evaluation Agreements, License Agreements, Automation Agreements, and Amendments, draft certain clauses, lead administrative tasks such as creating workspaces in our contract management technology platform Jaggaer, and acquire approvals and signatures per the Commitment Approval Policy. This role requires the individual to collaborate with multiple stakeholders including Sourcing Managers, various Stakeholders, Privacy, Security, Risk Management, Audit, Compliance, Finance, and the Legal department to ensure that all contract terms and conditions are in line with Loblaw’s standard strategic objectives.
