We’re looking for a Merchant II, Global Men’s Basketball Footwear + Apparel Merchandising to join a fast paced, exciting team that will be bring the future of Men’s basketball footwear and apparel to consumers globally. It will be important to be a curious, authentic, humble, decisive and detail-oriented teammate. Someone with an awareness and understanding of the footwear and apparel global marketplace and its changing dynamics.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You’ll partner with several cross-functional teams – consumer planning, product creation, GEO merch, and consumer insights & analytics as well as the gender merchandising teams. A key enabler of your success will be your background and experience in retail.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
As a Merchant II, you will enable the strategizing, building, and managing of global 3-year line plans and product journeys cross-functionally.
A consistent part of your day-to-day responsibilities will be the detailed management, maintenance and communication of all seasonal tools and assortments. Enabling this effort will be the development of key relationships among cross-functional teammates, comfort with research and analysis, along with a genuine curiosity and commitment to learn and evolve.
