What would you do? The Trainer is responsible for delivering training programs to employees or clients, ensuring they acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively. The Trainer will assess training needs, create customized training materials, and provide continuous support to ensure successful learning outcomes.
What are we looking for? •• Bachelor s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Trainer or in a similar role.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• In-depth knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and training methods.
• Proficiency in creating training materials, presentations, and learning tools (e.g., PowerPoint, e-learning software).
• Ability to adapt training programs to suit different learning styles and group sizes.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels.
• Ability to assess performance and provide constructive feedback.
Preferred Skills:
• Certification in Training or related fields (e.g., CPLP, ASTD).
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
• Experience in a specific industry or functional area (e.g., AML, Compliance, Banking) is a plus.
• Knowledge of performance management and employee development strategies.
Roles and Responsibilities: •• Design, develop, and deliver training programs tailored to the needs of the organization or clients.
• Conduct training sessions for new hires, existing employees, or clients on specific skills, tools, and processes.
• Assess the training needs of employees or departments and recommend relevant programs.
• Create engaging and interactive learning materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and group sessions to enhance individual and team performance.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, tools, and best practices to incorporate into training materials.
• Track and report training progress, completion rates, and other key performance indicators.
• Ensure training is aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages employee development and growth.
• Collaborate with managers and HR to identify and address any skills gaps within the team.
• Offer post-training support to ensure knowledge retention and help with any questions or challenges employees may face.
