How you will create an impact

This role provides technical and administrative support to the specialist Multinational Issuing Office.  You will co ordinate local service requirements while managing communication and relationships with the Producing office, Clients and brokers and Shared Services teams.

  • Coordinate service requirements for local portion of Controlled Master Program (Risk Transfer and Global Fronting) for New Business and renewals requiring manuscript policies or specific service needs.
  • Manage incoming policy portfolios of non-strategic clients with assigned local brokers while maintaining and building relationships.
  • Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) / Knowledge Champion for one or two products within country and AIG Multinational Systems.
  • Ensure client and broker emails are responded to in timely fashion while providing up to date knowledge and information.
  • Ensure requested documentation is issued in required time frames and report on status of accounts to local manager and Producing Office.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Some insurance experience, preferably client servicing (broker or company)
  • Experience of handling Multinational corporations and a good understanding of in country Commercial Insurance.
  • Strong administration skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas
  • Ability to identify operational improvements and gain technical knowledge/experience to carry out those improvements.
  • Ability to work on own initiative/organized alongside good time management skills – ability to handle multiple priorities, organize work and meet deadlines.
