Job Description Summary:

Berger Hospital/Day Shift

This position is responsible for greeting persons upon arrival at the hospital and helping individuals find their way to treatment areas. Further, this position will assist in the registration of persons seeking treatment by guiding patient use of kiosks or performing mini-registrations. This position will also support all clinical areas as adjuncts to Quality Coordinators in improving customer service scores, performance/quality initiatives, and patient safety goals in a non-clinical, support capacity. Persons must be highly organized, customer-oriented, technologically facile, attentive to detail, and able to perform multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School or GED (Required)

High proficiency in spelling and typing. High interpersonal and communication both verbal and written skills. Energetic, self-starting, and autonomous. Good team member. six months prior work Experience .
