What you'll do...

Walmart is seeking a highly skilled Senior Warehouse Manager for new Case Ready Beef Plant located in Olathe, KS. This role is essential in driving operational excellence, promoting a diverse and inclusive work environment, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Key Responsibilities

Associate Supervision & Development

  • Hiring & Training: Oversee the hiring and training of warehouse associates.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and assign duties to associates, providing regular recognition.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Promote and support diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

Operational Management

  • Business Plan Execution: Drive and implement business plans to achieve facility goals in production, quality, and safety. Lead efforts in inventory control, inventory management.
  • Operational Improvements: Analyze business reports to identify and implement improvements.
  • Staffing & Performance Forecasting: Forecast staffing needs, workloads, and performance results to meet business demands.

Supervision & Feedback

  • Direction & Monitoring: Supervise warehouse associates and leaders, providing direction and feedback.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs and provide growth opportunities.

Policy Compliance & Ethics

  • Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with company policies, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
  • Open Door Policy: Utilize and support the Open Door Policy for transparent communication.

Business Plan & Project Execution

  • Customer & Operational Needs: Identify needs, develop business plans, remove barriers, and provide resources.
  • Performance Standards: Measure progress and adjust performance to meet goals.
  • Contingency Planning: Develop plans to adapt and support continuous learning.

Community & Social Responsibility

  • Community Events: Participate in and support community events, strengthening the company's reputation.
  • External Relationships: Develop partnerships to enhance the company’s local image.

  • Talent Development: Develop plans to increase effectiveness and build diversity.

The annual salary range for this position is $89,500.00-$192,500.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...
