Salary: 34- 40K dependant on experience

Integrated Maintenance, repair and development services (IMRDS) is the team that maintains our water supply systems, repairs emergencies like water bursts and develops new ways to better service our customers. This area of Anglian Water has a whole host of roles and opportunities available, from operational frontline work to project management, data analysis and more.

What will you be doing as our new Field Performance Manager? 

Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager and working closely with the Programme Managers and Schedulers to organise, support and manage field resources you’ll ensure efficient and effective execution of work in accost efficient and productive manner to achieve IMRDS objectives.  

You’ll implement, monitor and achieve targets for health and safety, customer satisfaction, quality and output as we look to enhance the service we offer to our region and communities. 

Key responsibilities: 

  • Maximise the day-to-day organisation, planning and control of labour, plant and resources to ensure efficiency 

  • Promote and drive continual improvement and innovative ideas ensuring best practice is shared with others 

  • Monitor, measure and improve productivity, performance and quality of field teams 

  • Ensure people management activities are proactively completed and a creative, dynamic,  fun and challenging environment is crested to drive individual and team development 

  • Ensure all work complies with relevant H&S and environmental legislation and water quality policies 

  • Ensure all relevant H&S administration and paperwork is promptly completed to support zero harm and zero utility strike culture 

  • Always work with the customer at the heart of all team activities to maintain and enhance our reputation throughout our region 

What skills and behaviours do you need? 

Holding IOSH Managing Safety or CITB Site Managers Safety Training Scheme and NRSWA Supervisor qualification, you’ll have strong knowledge of CDM legislation. Furthermore, you’ll have considerable experience of Metering and or Developer Services operations. 

Possessing excellent people management skills, you’ll have the ability of speaking and engaging with audiences at all levels. Working the H&S and customers at the heart of all you do, you’ll lead by example and as an inspiration to your team. Operating in a commercially savvy way, you’ll look at ways of enhancing the way we work.
