Seven Starling is seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Recruiter to scale its world class team of mental healthcare providers. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you will own the full recruitment life cycle for psychotherapists (LCSWs, LPCs, PsyD, etc.), psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners (PMHNPs), collaborative physicians, and other essential clinical team members.

With expertise in mental healthcare recruiting, you will analyze our hiring models and associated data to determine our clinical needs to support our growth goals. You will create and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies, develop outside of the box tactics to build a thriving pipeline, while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
