The Leidos National Security Sector has a career opportunity for an Integrated Logistics Support Manager in Columbia, MD.

Job Summary

The Integrated Logistics Support Manager (ILSM) shall provide logistics and export control support to Government personnel by assisting with the management processes related to the acquisition and shipping of large amounts of equipment to FAD's worldwide Partners.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates and performs property accountability functions.

  •  Develops material handling processes for shipping, receiving, storage and disposition of property.

  •  Performs logistics management activities specifically as they relate to the shipping of the vast amount of equipment FAD sends to its worldwide Partners

  • Provides Export and Control guidance to FAD’s Five Eyes Tactical Initiatives (FETI) office in their acquisition of systems classified at the S//SI or higher level for second party partners.

  • Prepare point papers, briefing charts, memos, and other documents within prescribed timelines for review and analysis. Interpret requests for data and facts; prepare presentations of program data for use in program decision-making.

Security Clearance requirement:

  • Must possess active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance to be considered for this role.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, accounting, program management or related discipline The ILSM shall have ten (10) years of general program/business management experience of which five (5) years related to foreign partner efforts. In lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree, four (4) years of demonstrated specialized financial, program, contract or business management experience may be substituted.

  • Expertise in International Traffic and Arms (ITAR) Regulations and policies is required. Generalized experience includes management of the budget, schedule, and performance on government contracts.

  • Professional experience shall include ordering, processing, shipping, receiving, material handling, and property accountability

  • Specialized experience on large government or industry technical contracts involving multiple activities and multiple vendors is desired. Experience in an Intelligence Community environment is desirable.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $78,000.00 - $141,000.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
