About the team

Team Develops and implements solutions that require analysis and research. Works on small to large, complex projects that require increased skill in multiple technical environments. Possesses knowledge in a specific business area.

What you will be doing

  • Provides technical support activities for a production processing environment.
  • Installs, maintains and supports applications and major IT system components, subsystems.
  • Customizes specific IT operations management software or creation of custom FIS-proprietary solutions specific to the operational management and control of IT infrastructure, application delivery components and network telecommunications fault, configuration, administration, performance and security functions.
  • Plans, analyzes and forecasts activities to plan projects and tasks.

What you bring

  • At least 5 years as a Operation/Support analyst
  • Experience in Payments and Cards domain
  • Primarily focused in the disciplines of selection, implementation, operation.
  • Ongoing support and administration of “commercial-off-the-shelf” (COTS) and internal systems and system software that make up the underlying operating environment necessary to support critical operational service delivery processes across one or more production data centers.
  • Excellent client interaction, communication, and documentation skills (must have)
  • Candidates should be self-driven in determining next steps & able to function independently
  • Thought leadership through research and Whitepaper is added advantage

Added bonus if you have

  • Knowledge of FIS’ products and services
  • Knowledge of the business goals, objectives and business operations for the appropriate FIS organization
  • Knowledge of financial services industry
  • Knowledge of basic financial analysis principles and ratios
