Under general supervision, leads operational transformation initiatives and manages all resources supporting these projects.
Essential Responsibilities:
Designs systems and processes for managing all aspects of operational implementation projects including, but not limited to: clinic integrations, relocation of services, facility re-licensure, new partnerships, acquired practices, new processes and/or systems utilized in the operations setting.
Oversees the creation of project plans to ensure tracking of critical milestones and coordination of resources to achieve defined deadlines.
Serves as the primary liaison with OU Health Finance to verify project plans align with approved scope and budget for each initiative.
Leads program development to transform the ambulatory oncology environment in areas including, but not limited to: employee engagement, physician training, new provider and clinic manager onboarding.
Identifies and masters appropriate reporting tools that provide transparency and accountability in tracking outcomes.
Creates reports and uses analytics to drive decisions and recommendations related to the execution of operational implementations.
Collaborates with key stakeholders throughout the OU Health system to support an inclusive and transparent environment related to operational implementation work.
Engages with OU Health executive leaders to provide regular report-outs on transformation initiatives.
Aligns planned deliverables with OU Health’s strategic priorities.
Manages, coaches, and develops staff reporting to this position.
Responsible for the hiring, performance management, development, and (if necessary) termination of team members.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration required. Master’s degree preferred.
Experience: 5 to 7 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare or related field required. 3+ years of clinical operations experience preferred.
