If you live and breathe digital marketing and wellness, we want to talk to you. We are searching for a highly-creative Digital & Content Marketing Manager to lead all aspects of our UK digital and content marketing activities.

Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in marketing, art direction, content development and social media management. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.

In this role you’ll make an impact by:
 

Digital Marketing

  • Oversee and manage all digital marketing projects for the UK

  • Plan digital marketing campaigns, including content planning, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.

  • Monitor campaign budgets

  • Measure and prepare reports on marketing campaigns overall performance against set goals (ROI and KPI’s)

  • Manage our social media agency to maintain our social media presence across all digital channels

  • Identify the latest trends and use information to further develop the brand.

  • Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.

  • Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

Content Marketing

  • Develop and implement content strategy including management of creation of assets

  • Develop key campaigns throughout the year aligned with marketing teams and brand plans

  • Own the creation element of the trade plan (campaigns, web banners, trade emails, aligning social plans)

  • Create and manage engaging content for both consumer & HCP websites, email trade sends, blogs and social media

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging and creative execution across all digital channels

  • Manage SEO strategy to enhance organic search, website visibility and driving targeted traffic

Agency Management

  • Manage Paid & Social media agency to drive audiences to website and community engagement

  • Manage Content agency for blog content

  • Weekly briefing to third party creative agency to create optimised assets for eCommerce channels (e.g website banners, supporting images, A+ content for Amazon)


 

Potentially relevant experience:

  • Ideal: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field

  • Ideal: A minimum of 5 years experience in a digital marketing or advertising position

  • Ideal: Experience of  working with brands in healthcare, food supplements and probiotics

  • Essential: Hands on self-starter with in-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics

  • Essential: Solid understanding of paid media and agency management

  • Essential: Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities

  • Essential: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

  • Essential: Strong team player

  • Essential: Project management and planning skills

  • Ideal: Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing

  • Essential: Some travel required to our head offices based in Copenhagen Denmark and Cork Ireland

Location:  Remote in UK or can be based in any key Novozymes location – Cork, Lyngby, Basel.
