Summary Description: The Surveillance Exercise Coordinator manages the surveillance and role player support for a Customer program. They manage surveillance performance, scheduling, staffing, and travel. This position entails additional support activities, such as infrastructure and equipment procurement.  This position includes 20-40% travel.

Responsibilities:

• Manages staffing and scheduling for surveillance roleplayers in support of training programs.
• Procures and manages infrastructure across the US in support of training programs.
• Oversees and ensures the successful travel of roleplayer personnel.
• Provides oversight and management of practical exercises in support of training programs of instruction.
• Ensures aspects of training course planning and preparation are professional and to the highest standards, to including staffing, classroom preparation, infrastructure management and equipment orders.
• Provides occasional instruction in surveillance operations.
• Interviews and hires independent contractor personnel in support of Core One training programs.

Requirements:

• 5 Years’ Experience in surveillance operations.
• Understanding of surveillance methodologies, communications methods, and types.
• Ability to multi-task across fast-paced training environments.
• Attention to detail is required.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a TS clearance.
• BS/BA (or equivalent experience).

Desired Skills:

• Experience as a surveillance team leader is desired.
