We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Enablement Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for empowering our sales team with the knowledge, tools, and insights they need to effectively communicate Blend's value proposition to prospective and current clients. You will partner closely with product, marketing, and sales to deliver the necessary content, training, and resources that drive product understanding, competitive differentiation, and industry expertise. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for education, industry trends, and competitive analysis.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  1. Product Knowledge & Training:
    1. Develop and deliver ongoing training programs for the sales team focused on Blend’s product offerings, features, and updates.
    2. Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to ensure consistent, up-to-date product messaging and value propositions.
    3. Build sales collateral, guides, and toolkits to help teams navigate product discussions with customers.
    4. Sales Training and Certification
  2. Messaging & Positioning:
    1. Create and maintain standardized sales messaging that resonates with target audiences and reflects Blend's value in the market.
    2. Ensure alignment across departments (Product, Marketing, and Sales) on the delivery of key messages and customer-facing content.
  3. Competitive Analysis:
    1. Conduct ongoing competitive intelligence and analysis to keep the sales team informed about Blend’s position in the market.
    2. Equip sales with insights on key competitors, differentiators, and competitive advantages.
    3. Develop battle cards, comparison guides, and other sales tools to facilitate competitive conversations.
  4. Industry Education & Thought Leadership:
    1. Stay up to date on industry trends, news, and regulations that impact the financial services and banking sectors.
    2. Share relevant market insights and develop content to position Blend as a thought leader within the industry.
    3. Create training resources and webinars to educate the sales team on the evolving industry landscape.
  5. Cross-functional Collaboration:
    1. Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure sales teams are fully equipped for customer engagements.
    2. Serve as a liaison between Sales and Product to provide feedback from the field and enhance future product development.

To comply with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base pay ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location.
For full time hires, the hiring base pay range for this position is between $87,550 and $144,500. Beyond base pay, Blend benefits and perks are described below.
Final base pay offer amounts will vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to function, level, geographic location, job related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay will be adjusted for part-time roles to reflect scheduled hours.
