Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Recruiting Sr. Manager to lead our global executive recruitment efforts. This strategic leader will be responsible for overseeing a team of geographically dispersed recruiters, driving talent acquisition strategies for senior leadership roles, and ensuring that we attract and hire diverse, top-tier talent across all regions.

As an Executive Recruiting Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our global talent strategy, collaborating with senior business leaders to understand critical business needs, and ensuring that our recruitment processes are aligned with the company’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Your focus will be on developing scalable, inclusive recruitment practices that meet the needs of a rapidly evolving global business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Global Executive Recruiting Leadership:
    • Lead the executive recruiting function with responsibility for identifying and attracting senior leadership talent across all global regions.
    • Develop and implement a global recruitment strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's business goals and workforce plans.
    • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for C-level, VP, and other senior executive roles across all business units, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Manage and mentor a geographically dispersed team of recruiters, providing guidance on best practices, strategic sourcing, and candidate engagement.
    • Foster a high-performance culture within the recruiting team, encouraging collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation.
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI):
    • Build and manage inclusive hiring processes that ensure a diverse slate of candidates at all stages of the recruiting funnel.
    • Partner with internal stakeholders, including DEI, HR, and Business Leaders, to develop strategies that promote diversity in leadership hiring.
    • Use data-driven insights to track and improve diversity hiring metrics, identifying gaps and making recommendations for process improvements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on executive hiring needs, providing market insights, talent intelligence, and strategic recommendations.
    • Work closely with HRBP, Compensation, and HRIS Systems to foster collaboration on hiring programs, practices and tools.
  • Global Talent Acquisition Strategy:
    • Design and drive global executive recruitment initiatives that align with the company's long-term talent strategies and business objectives.
    • Develop a strong talent pipeline for critical leadership roles, leveraging both internal mobility and external sourcing efforts.
    • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques, including digital platforms, executive search firms, and networking to attract high-impact talent globally.
  • Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:
    • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to executive recruitment, including time-to-hire, quality of hire, and diversity metrics.
    • Continuously evaluate recruitment processes, making data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • 8-10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in an executive recruiting role.
    • Proven experience leading a global recruiting function, managing geographically dispersed teams, and working in a matrixed, multinational organization.
    • Strong expertise in developing and managing diverse hiring processes, with a commitment to advancing DEI in executive-level recruitment.
    • Demonstrated success in building talent pipelines for senior leadership roles across multiple regions and industries.
  • Skills:
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable talent acquisition strategies.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to influence and inspire both direct reports and cross-functional partners.
    • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple executive-level searches simultaneously.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior leaders and external partners.
    • Proficiency in recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and data analytics platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • International experience and/or multilingual abilities.
  • Familiarity with executive compensation structures and complex offer negotiations.

The base pay range for this role is $118,050 to $181,800 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only).  Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
