Want to use your strategic sourcing expertise to surface and connect great talent to fulfilling careers? As a senior strategic sourcer you will play a critical role in executing the day-to-day candidate sourcing strategy as part of our Talent Acquisition team. You will build and execute sourcing strategies for our business to identify and attract diverse and inclusive pools of top talented candidates. You will act as a Talent Advisor to both your recruiting partners and the candidates.
You will engage with prospective candidates to better understand their experiences, interests, and motivations. You will measure the impact of sourcing methods in a data-driven manner to contribute towards driving the continuous evolution of our team. You will develop a deep understanding of industry trends and recruiting landscape and share that information with your recruiting partners and business.

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10649:The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00-$186,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-09430:The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
