About the Role
Location: Remote, United States
Role-Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Senior Manager, Talent Engagement
Compensation: $65,000 to $85,000 per year
CodePath is looking for a Senior Talent Engagement Coordinator who is interested in having an outsized impact on the growth of CodePath. 2025 will be a transformational year as we build new teams and expand established ones growing CodePath from ~65 to +100 full-time employees. As the fourth hire on CodePath’s Talent Engagement team, you will be a driving force in the rapid scaling of CodePath as we look to serve 100,000 computing students annually by 2028 and to train engineers who will generate over $1.5T in wealth for low-income communities within the next 20 years.
While CodePath is a national non-profit organization, we operate as an early stage start-up and pride ourselves on a culture of ownership and autonomy in our work. This position demands an uncommon balance of teamwork, creativity, and interpersonal skills. You will be expected to act as an ambassador of CodePath and must have the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate a high volume of interviews for candidates with speed and efficiency while ensuring a positive candidate experience
Collaborate with recruiters, hiring partners, and other key stakeholders to ensure a high touch, white-glove interview experience from start to finish
Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality both internally and externally
Execute on strategies to identify, attract, and engage with the best talent (sourcing, referrals, first-round screening, and more)
Collect, analyze, and synthesize data to inform Talent Engagement team efforts
Responsible for ensuring a positive new hire experience and supporting the People team with onboarding tasks and projects as required
Key Success Metrics
Speed of Execution: Time to hire top candidates is decreased by 20% through strong coordination skills and white-glove treatment, leading to greater offer acceptance rates with all roles
Promoting Internal Collaboration: The entire organization is aware of foundational hiring principles, priority roles currently online, and updates throughout each hiring process
Qualifications
Deeply motivated by CodePath’s mission to transform computer science education
2+ years of Talent Engagement experience in a fast-paced environment
Deep knowledge of an ATS and how to optimize it
Passion to learn the basic technical fundamentals of the positions for which you’re hiring
Ability to build strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates
Preferred Qualifications
Technical recruiting experience in software, and highly specialized roles
Experience with tools like Greenhouse, Gem, LinkedIn, and G Suite
Success operating and collaborating in a start-up environment with autonomy
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Understanding of best practices in recruitment and interviewer compliance
