What you will be doing:
The Technical Business Analyst position will be responsible for the creation, maintenance, and quality assurance of various Business Intelligence solutions for Remitra. This will require an end-to-end understanding of each solutions business context, architecture, data requirements, and how those work together to meet the customer’s needs.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibility #1 – 100%
Work both independently and with internal users, business analysts, and engineering to interpret requests and implement new reporting tools/dashboards.
Provide guidance and recommend enhancements for existing reporting tools utilized by internal users and external customers.
Document and respond to user questions and communicate issues to business analysts and/or engineering.
Investigate database management issues and ultimately implement solutions to proactively identify and resolve prior to escalation.
Assist in developing documentation and processes for future team members to quickly understand and adopt new processes.
Perform daily ad hoc and structured analysis utilizing advanced analytical skills.
Identify potential areas of improvement within the business and utilize data analysis and business intelligence tools to enhance overall efficiency.

Technical background with business understanding preferred: business analysis, data analysis, finance, data management, supply chain management, business statistics.

Bachelor's degree
