  • Proactively assess Customer, Competition, Technology, and Trends to deeply understand the target market opportunity for cloud modules and optical networking products within ELMr.
  • Collect and drive product requirements from ELM and translate into POR program execution through the use of MRD/PRD excellence
  • Increase Share of Wallet within the ELM account.  Achieve through new design wins and share growth within account TAM
  • Proactively manage growth and profitability through clear communication of product, project, and customer priorities to drive rapid growth with fewer programs
  • Carefully manage communication to Google from R&D, PM, and Internal Execution teams in support of Sales Account Management.  (provide a buffer between ELM and R&D)
  • Set and drive cost and pricing strategies and respond to customer RFx to balance growth and profitability for the platform.
  • Transform business model with ELM from a custom design partner to technology leader and supplier of high performance, high quality industry standard cloud modules.

                         

EXPECTED OUTCOMES TO DELIVER:

  • Proactively plan for RFX Responses and Deals Desk approvals, CAPX Approvals, and HC Approvals to ensure pricing and roadmap are always fully funded and executable
  • Growth Expansion Strategy within ELM:  Develop clear and actionable strategies targeting both existing and untapped market segments and customers, driving continuous growth.
  • Clarity & Execution for Growth:  Ensure customers recognize and have confidence in compelling product roadmaps, with consistent execution by R&D, leading to expanded market presence.
  • Collect and manage ELM Product Requirements and ensure inclusion in the R&D/NPO POR processes
  • Carefully manage ELM demand forecast and provide Unconstrained and Constrained forecasts into the S&OP process.   Single voice of accountability.  Drive associated CAPX, R&D, MFG capacity into the Factory through Biz Ops partnership.
  • Grow Unit volume, market share, and revenue while preserving margin$$
  • Set project and program priorities and ensure maximum ROI with minimum number of programs.

KEY METRICS TO MEASURE OUTCOME:

  • Product revenue and margin growth
  • Design-win rates; SOW%
  • Forecast accuracy and Business Justification Accuracy after NPI
  • ROI on product investments
  • Customer Satisfaction Scores relating to roadmap and product quality, reliability, and technology leadership (innovation)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES:

  • Experience working closely with Hyperscaler Datacenter Infrastructure teams with both technical and business leaders at these customers.
  • Deeply understand the product capabilities and individual use cases within ELM to provide technical and business insight internally
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.  Concise, executive level communication experience
  • Experience working with Hyperscalers, Datacenters, or AI customers
  • Global experience, including working with international teams
  • High level of business acumen with understanding of both internal and customer decision making criteria.
  • Strong project management skills to ensure the effective execution of product strategies, NPI programs, and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Experience creating and communicating value proposition of products to customers
  • Strong desire to execute with a sense of urgency in complex environments.  Ability to manage complexity to create a clear execution path.

Pay Range:

P70-USA-1 :$124,600.00 - $178,000.00
