This role is eligible for a discretionary variable compensation award that considers business and individual performance.

About this Role

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive individual to join us and lead our Infrastructure Vulnerability Management program. You will oversee the development, enhancement and document of Vulnerability Triaging, management and processes. In addition, you will act as a liaison between the security team and business partners to facilitate communication and collaboration and drive a culture of proactive vulnerability management.

Responsibilities

  • As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Enterprise Vulnerability Management is to provide expertise in the triage of vulnerabilities, determining the remediation steps and out of box solutions in driving the remediation with multiple support teams.
  • Administration and day-to-day support activities, including monitoring the environment with performance tools, by maintaining optimal configuration and technical policy management of platforms.
  • Design and drive strategy and tactical plans toward holistic vulnerability Remediation and configuration management across multiple technology teams
  • Establish and maintain the security metrics and reporting mechanisms to monitor and communicate the status and progress of vulnerability management initiatives.
  • Customer facing role – Walk through the stakeholders of the complex technical issues, and effectively communicating technical solutions for various stakeholders in a clear and articulating fashion.
  • Partner with multiple internals on working on KRI and KPI maintaining the status.
  • Foster strong working relationships across various business units, ensuring alignment and support for vulnerability remediation efforts.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance the effectiveness of the vulnerability management program.
  • Experience in running the ServiceNow Reports and understanding of VR module.
  • Knowledge on CVSS, CVE and EPSS.
  • Good knowledge on recent security trends and attack patterns.
  • Good communication skills and decision-making skills.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience within any of the following areas: Infrastructure Vulnerability Management, Cloud or Application Security.
  • Completion of a University Degree or equivalent program in Computer Science,
  • Management Information Systems, or similar field
  • Experience with ServiceNow reporting product.
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence and Tableau.
  • Ability to quickly analyze large amounts of information and formulate action plans based on
  • that analysis.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills and ability to articulate and present information to all levels of management and staff.
