Leidos Dynetics is seeking a talented Quality Inspector to join a diverse team to create unique solutions for complex problems. Primary Responsibilities

• Inspect component and assembled parts.
• Must be able to read and understand assembly instructions.
• Preform Internal AS9100 audits.
• Write Non-conformance and start investigation to root cause

Basic Qualifications

• Candidate must possess a High School diploma/GED with 5 plus years of prior relevant work experience
• Candidate  must have a knowledge and understanding when reading and interpreting drawings.
• Knowledge of how to efficiently use micrometers, calipers etc.
• Experience in an ISO9001/AS9100 manufacturing environment
• .Experience in IPC and J standard specifications is required.
• Candidate must be able to populate handwritten or computer-generated inspection reports.
• Candidate must have Computer Skills and can use computer software such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, etc.
• Applicant must be able to work a full-time with minimal supervision and adjust priorities based on work flow.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs.
• Candidate must be a resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to the Huntsville - North Alabama, AL area.
• Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess and be able to maintain a Secret Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• IPC-620 certification
• J-Standard w/space addendum certification

Pay Range:

Pay Range $55,250.00 - $99,875.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
