Join us as People Tech Digitalization Specialist and be part of an exciting Workday implementation bringing one user friendly solution to our 10.000 colleagues.

By joining our team you will have the opportunity to use your technical Workday skills combined with your good stakeholder management to help the company come together as one after the merger of Chr. Hansen and Novozymes.


You will become part of People Tech in People & Organization (HR) consisting of 20 dedicated colleagues, who share your passion for leveraging technology to create great employee experiences.  Together with the global P&O organization of app. 200 colleagues we will be engaged in a joint strategic roadmap including the exciting combination of two companies.

The role is one-year fixed term.

In This Role You’ll Make An Impact By

  • Leveraging your Workday expertise: Configure and advise on Workday possibilities

  • Focusing on user-friendly solutions: Create intuitive, accessible solutions that meet the needs of our diverse, global workforce

  • Staying ahead of the curve: Anticipate, advise and implement the latest Workday updates and enhancements

  • Managing stakeholder relationships: Engage with colleagues leading technical discussions, and ensuring alignment with business needs

  • Being a great team player: Collaborate, support, find solutions and have fun with your colleagues in People Tech and P&O.

Potentially Relevant Experience

  • Workday technical skills, for example within Recruiting, Onboarding, HCM, or Journeys

  • Can lead lead technical discussions and translate business requirements into effective solutions

  • Good communication skills and can explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

  • Good at planning and re-planning, adapting to changing priorities with a pragmatic approach

  • Solid understanding of HR processes and systems

  • A global outlook and culturally aware, able to navigate the complexities of a multinational workforce

  • Fluent in spoken and written English

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience
