Job Description:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and maintain HRIS systems, ensuring configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • A thorough understanding of the employee life cycle with exposure to HR modules like HCM, Recruitment, Time & Absence, Talent & Performance, and Compensation.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements, including data load, data validation, and data cleansing.
  • Ability to understand Organizational Structure, Supervisory Org, Cost Centers, Compensation elements, Job attributes etc.
  • Experience in integrations monitoring, maintenance, data load, data validation, data quality control and data migration.
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders and vendors to identify business needs and develop solutions, including stakeholder management and communication.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, user manuals, and training materials for HRIS systems.  Strong analytical and issue resolution skills.
  • Ability to contribute to various phases of SDLC process life cycle beginning with requirements gathering to go live for a specific functionality or module.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments. Self-directed and solutions / goal-oriented work style.
  • High business ethics and personal integrity (handling of confidential information)
  • Ability to work with all levels of the company and effectively present information to Senior management.
  • Create SOPs, conduct training and be able to drive change management across HR functions.

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • At least 4-5 years of experience in implementation and support of HRIS systems.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Certification in HRIS system or related field is desirable.
  • End-to-end implementation experience of Workday or Success Factors is a plus.
