Yext is seeking a Director of EMEA Marketing to lead the marketing strategy and execution across our EMEA markets. In this role, you will manage a team of Field Marketers and Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to drive pipeline growth, support customer retention, and enhance Yext’s brand visibility and engagement in the region.

This strategic leadership position requires close collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams to align global initiatives with local market needs. You will translate regional insights into impactful marketing strategies, deliver tailored campaigns, and ensure alignment with business objectives. We’re looking for a proven leader with a strong track record in team building, 

What You'll Do

  • Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing team of Field Marketers in key EMEA markets.
  • Develop and implement a regional and local marketing strategy that aligns with Yext’s global positioning and meets specific market needs.
  • Drive pipeline growth, improve retention, and enhance customer engagement through targeted campaigns and events.
  • Plan and oversee Yext-led and third-party events, ensuring they build awareness and advance opportunities through the sales funnel.
  • Manage and coach the EMEA BDR team to meet KPIs, including outreach, meetings booked, and qualified lead generation.
  • Ensure the quality and conversion of leads to support revenue objectives.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing BDR team, implementing prospecting strategies aligned with sales goals.
  • Monitor and optimize BDR performance, providing actionable feedback to improve
  • Collaborate with Sales to align Marketing and BDR initiatives with revenue goals, ensuring shared goals and accountability.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to streamline processes and address EMEA-specific needs.
  • Act as the primary EMEA Marketing liaison, ensuring alignment with global leadership and contributing to strategic planning.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment by involving key contributors early in planning and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Gather and use market and customer insights to refine go-to-market strategies.
  • Deliver timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders and leadership on performance, goal attainment, and return on investment.

What You Have

  • Experience: 12+ years of experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, or business development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in EMEA markets, ideally within the SaaS or technology industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: Proven track record in B2B SaaS, particularly with digital marketing, knowledge management, search solutions, and a deep understanding of EMEA market dynamics.
  • Skills: Strong expertise in field marketing, demand generation, account-based marketing, and partner marketing.
  • Analytical Mindset: A data-driven approach to decision-making, with the ability to adapt strategies based on measurable outcomes.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated experience building and leading cross-functional teams in remote and diverse environments.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills are required. Fluency in spoken and written English is required, and proficiency in French or German is a plus.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel across EMEA as needed to engage with teams, partners, and key accounts.
  • Demonstrated experience building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Proven ability to align cross-functional stakeholders and prioritize investments effectively.
  • Strong expertise in translating global strategies into tailored regional programs.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on pipeline generation, retention, and customer engagement.
