Mission statement:

This role is responsible to lead the entire marketing strategy and communication and promotion plan for the North Asia hub and contribute to the hub overall business strategy.

Your responsibilities:

• You will be understanding of the market trend and dynamics replated to the HV portfolio.

• You will deliver sophisticated data-driven analysis to support the strategic business initiatives.

• You will do regular updates for the market intelligence and competition movement and lead the exercises including MIMO, GTS etc.

• You will provide market input to support BU 2030 strategy plan, develop, lead, and drive the overall market communication plan which is to be aligned with overall business priorities.

• You will lead all hub units and sales team to implement the yearly market promotion events, exhibitions, and roadshows.

• You will promote company and HV’s brand, success customer cases, etc., by leveraging the multi-channel media.

• You will lead BU-lead marketing campaigns, measure the effectiveness of each campaign on SFDC setting KPIs.

• You will be involved in building and organizing training sessions for the competence development.

Your background:

• You hold bachelor's degree and above.

• More than 5 years of experience in Electrical industry.

• Experience in manufacturing and sales of Electrical products, market analysis, consulting is preferred.

• Need strong structured and analytical thinking.

• Fluent English on speaking and writing.
