Loan Operations Administrator 2 – Servicing Callback

What you'll do:

The Loan Operations Administrator 2 is responsible for performing duties related to loan operations servicing, specializing in Callback (quality control) of boarded loans, processed transactions, loan file maintenance, and other core system quality control processes.

What we are looking for:

  • Callback QC review of loans boarded to core systems, including new loans, renewal/extension of existing loans.

  • Callback QC review of Preparation/review of loan documents and form in relation to servicing activities.

  • Callback QC review of file maintenance of loan, commitment, and Note levels in core systems.

  • Callback QC review of loan core systems changes (i.e. Bank Control changes, Interest Rate System change, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • High school graduation or GED and 5 - 7 years or more of Financial Services experience related to loan Servicing Operations, Loan Documentation, and or Quality Control Callback Review.

  • Strong analytical and reconciliation skills preferred

  • Knowledge of loan products, including Credit Agreements, Guarantees, and Letters of Credit, preferred

  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent computer skills, including good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

  • Intermediate knowledge of FIS IBS and CLS (ACBS, FCM, and FTM applications preferred)

  • Strong time management/organizational skills preferred

Compensation: Hourly range for new hires is generally $35.57 - $42.79 for Las Vegas, NV. Salary amount is determined by specific job location. In addition, the role may be eligible for annual bonus/incentives earned.
