What will you be doing?
You will be managing the team of national scouts and other staff undertaking the scouting work for the U13-U18 age group, including recruiting, organising and supervising the team. Additionally, you will lead the fixture allocation and scheduling process to ensure the scouting team are undertaking work in line with the Academy recruitment strategy.
You will ensure the production and dissemination of player depth charts, performance data and ratings evidence are managed efficiently and that senior recruitment staff in the Academy receive regular, accurate and effective player data. In addition, you will play a full part in the management systems and structure of the academy recruitment department and attend meetings online and in person as required.
You will also lead the cross-checking of identified talent including watching games on video and attending games throughout the UK and internationally as required
